One of the three people accused of murdering solicitor Katie Foreman has pleaded guilty to manslaughter over the crime, but the plea has been rejected by prosecutors.

Bradley Max Rawlinson, 40, Bernard Justin Spicer, 31, and Michelle Sharon Proud, 28, are accused of murdering Ms Foreman, who died in a fire at her home in the Wollongong suburb of Corrimal on October 27, 2011.
On the first day of the trio's trial in Wollongong on Tuesday, Mr Rawlinson pleaded guilty before the jury to manslaughter over Ms Foreman's death.
But this was rejected by the Crown Prosecutor, Chris Maxwell, QC.
Mr Spicer pleaded guilty to break and enter and committing an indictable offence, namely, lighting a fire.
This plea was also rejected the Crown.
Ms Proud did not enter a plea.
All three have pleaded not guilty to murder. The trial is set to formally open later this afternoon.
