The local girls are expected to be "the noisiest club" at the two day event, to be staged at Sydney's western suburb of Rooty Hill, as they attempt to defend two titles that span over the last three years.
They will be out to reel in the title of best rhythmic gymnastics club for a fourth straight year, while a third consecutive club championship for gymnastics as a whole will also be in their sights.
Queanbeyan YMCA executive officer and administrator for their gymnastics Peta Virgo said the whole team was looking forward to making their mark in Sydney.
"It's pretty much the competition where the girls have the most fun for the year," she said.
"We're definitely the noisiest team at the the competition and our main focus is always to keep our team spirit up and support one another across the entire tournament."
Gymnasts aged between six and 21 years of age will compete in levels one to 10 from Queanbeyan.
The competition marks the end of competition for the year for levels seven to 10, while the lower levels will start their season.
