In its fifth year, the annual market promises 40 stalls selling locally sourced and handcrafted wares including antiques, collectables, arts and crafts, gourmet treats, jewellery, candles, quilts, cushions, handmade cards, art glass and much more.
There will also be a number of charities present on the day as well as a sausage sizzle and family friendly activities including face painting and balloon modelling.
The Ukulele Republic of Canberra will be providing entertainment and some festive favourites will be part of the set list.
Cultural Development Officer Georgina Perri said the markets were a popular draw card and the aim was to attract those who wouldn't normally find themselves at The Q.
"It's one of the most popular community markets we coordinate. It always gets a good attendance, great atmosphere and people get into the spirit," she said.
"There are always new stalls, something new to see. It's never the same from year to year."
The Christmas in July Markets will be held at the Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre this Sunday, July 27 from 11am to 3pm.
