The boys under 12s, under 14s and under 16 boys also played in the finals in the last two weeks, but were eliminated in tight tussles.
The under 12s took a semi-final a win, after they put away Cooma 2-1, while the under 16s lost 3-2 to canberra Olympic and did not progress any further.
The under 14s made the preliminary final stage last Sunday, and were extremley lucky not to make the grand final, losing to Tuggeranong 4-3 on penalties.
Monaro Panthers junior technical director Lino Fiorese was pleased with the showing that all the teams put in last weekend.
"We were the only club that made the 12s, 14s and 16s finals' series," he said.
"It's shown that we're definitely one of the leaders in the local region with our development."
Fiorese said that he expected the club to grow next season, and the system the Panthers have in place will "see Queanbeyan do very, very well in the soccer fraternity."
"Our program at this stage is right up there. If it's not the best it's very, very close to the best," he said.
"We're on the right path. We just need to bring a few other people on board that are qualified to help out with the club in some of the other age groups."
With the Panthers having a tough season in the under 18s, under 20s, and first grade Premier Leagues, Fiorese said that success at the junior level was integral to the club challenging in the higher grades.
"In the next two years I would assume that we can bridge the gap and have all of our teams in the top four," he said.
