The annual event is scheduled with the intent of raising money for local cancer foundation, the ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group.
The foundation currently looks after 950 cancer patients throughout the region and ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group administration and volunteers officer Jade Carr said it meant "the world" when community groups got on board with the fight against cancer.
"The more money we raise, the more money we have to go straight towards our cancer patients," she said.
"Getting our word out there and having the support of the general community means we can help out our patients more and more."
The Whites' squads will all don pink kits, with Ladies' Day celebrations kicking off from 1pm. In the absence of a Queanbeyan women's squad, a women's game between Royals and Uni Norths is scheduled, while first grade will go head-to-head with the Owls over rights to the Pat Matthews Cup.
First grade captain Dan Penca expects the high-flying Owls to present a strong challenge in their pursuit of a finals berth.
"The Owls have been going really well," he said.
"They have just snuck into the top four now and I think they have won about four or five consecutive games.
"They are playing really good football so I think it's going to be a pretty tough clash, which is really good for us, leading into finals."
The Whites are currently sitting comfortably at second on the John I Dent Cup ladder, a mere 5 points behind the Vikings, but Penca said the squad was taking it one game at a time as they approach their finals campaign.
"I think we have been playing quite well," he said.
"We have been improving every game and to beat Royals the way we did last weekend, with them being the defending premiers, it was a pretty good thing for us going forward."
