Social media redefines the traditional Olympic Games 'Herogram' message

As expected, Braidwood's Lewis Holland has been selected in the national rugby sevens squad set for the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. The 23-year-old has been a regular fixture of the team for the entirety of their Olympic campaign, and despite being sidelined with an ankle injury for a short time, the talented playmaker was an obvious inclusion for head coach Andy Friend.
