The tools were recovered from an address in Mckeanhnie Street, Crestwood about 7.35pm on Friday, September 23.
Inspector Tony Hill said some of the items have been identified from recent police reports of stolen property in Queanbeyan.
“We’re asking tradespeople in particular who have had tools stolen recently to give us a call. Particularly if they haven’t reported it because we may be able to return them,” Inspector Hill said.
Police will need people to positively identify the items they believe might be theirs through serial numbers, receipts or unique markings.
