The event is run throughout October, and the team of 29 riders has raised more than $20,000 so far, with a goal of reaching $25,000.
Every day, the Queanbeyan residents get back on the bike to pedal towards their goal of 15,000 kilometres.
The team is currently sitting second on the national leaderboard for their fundraising efforts.
In Australia, three children die of cancer every week. The money raised is being donated to the Children's Medical Research Institute.
