The Office of Environment and Heritage record for the home describes the house as: “One of the finest examples of the Victorian Filigree style of architecture in Newcastle”.
Real estate agent Rob O’Brien, Century 21 Novacastrian, said interest in the property has been good, despite not being open to the public yet.
While O’Brien was reluctant to speculate on price, in 2016 it was quoted to be worth between $2,450,000-$2,650,000.
