Appearing via video link from Junee Correctional Centre, Steven James Babic, 34, pleaded guilty to all 22 charges against him.
The charges relate to a series of aggravated break, enter and steal offences committed throughout southern and western NSW in December 2015 and January 2016.
Court documents showed Mr Babic targeted safes and ATMs in NSW clubs, in towns as far ranging as Braidwood, Parkes, Tumut and Boorowa. In one 15 day period during the spree Mr Babic drove 4523 kilometres to commit crimes around the state.
NSW Police set up Strike Force Gargery to investigate the break and enter offences.
It is alleged that Mr Babic was assisted in this spree by the co-accused Chloe Ann Beaver, 28, also of Canberra, whom Mr Babic was in a domestic relationship with at the time.
Ms Beaver also appeared in court on Tuesday to request an amendment to her bail conditions, which was granted, her case was adjourned to August 8.
Court documents said Babic stole about $30,000 in cash and other property. This included $10,000 from an ATM at the Parkes Bowling Club and $7130 from the Thurgoona Country Club as the largest individual thefts.
Mr Babic claimed in police statements that he stole the money to pay off a drug-related debt.
In some instances Mr Babic used stolen vehicles to pull ATMs off their mounts and stolen power tools to forcibly enter the ATMs and safes.
After rolling a stolen Nissan Navara outside a farm in the vicinity of Boorowa, Mr Babic entered the farm and stole a 1971 Bedford fire truck which was used to smash through the locked gates on the property.
Police tracked cell phone signals and used extensive CCTV footage to mount their case against the two accused.
Mr Babic was arrested in Wagga Wagga on January 10, 2017.
At the time of his arrest he was also wanted in the ACT, Queensland and Victoria for similar offences.
He will appear in Queanbeyan District Court on July 24 for sentencing.
