NSW Police will seek to extradite a woman from the ACT after a man was allegedly stabbed with scissors in Queanbeyan.

Officers were alerted after a 40-year-old man arrived at Queanbeyan District Hospital seeking treatment after an artery was severed in his left forearm about 11am on Friday.
The man was transferred to Canberra Hospital where he has undergone surgery.
He is reported to be in a stable condition.
Police established a crime scene at a home in John Bull Street, but there was no one at the premises.
A short time later they were alerted that a woman had arrived at Canberra Hospital.
That woman was arrested by ACT Policing and is being held pending an application for extradition by NSW Police.
Police will allege the 41-year-old woman stabbed the man with a pair of scissors in what is believed to be a domestic-violence related fight.
