About 2pm, a 35-year-old woman was arrested in a motel room on Crawford Street by officers from Strike Force Joanie, an anti-ice taskforce investigating the drug's distribution in the Queanbeyan area.
Police said they found cash, drugs and electronics in the woman's room including a clutch of designer handbags and purses, which were all seized for forensic examination.
A 39-year-old man was also present during the raid at the second motel on Lowe Street, where cannabis and ice were found.
He was released pending further inquiries while the woman was taken to Queanbeyan Police Station.
She was charged with 13 offences including five counts of supplying a prohibited drug, possessing goods suspected of being stolen and dealing in the proceeds of crime, and refused bail.
The woman will appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on Friday.
