In the area that Wildcare covers there are numerous species of wildlife. Not all of these species are seen coming into care, but a wide variety sadly end up being cared for at some stage.
Wildcare members care for three categories of animals, including Mammals, Reptiles, Amphibians and Birds.
Wildcare maintains a 24-hour, 7 days a week phone service to receive reports on sick, injured or orphaned native native animals. Australian native wildlife is protected and to intentionally kill, injure or keep native wildlife as pets is illegal. For information on joining please email:
