The event is a school fundraiser run by the P&C with all funds going towards school projects and resources for Queanbeyan South.

All students have been working in classes to produces quality pieces of art for sale during the show. The smaller pieces of art made by individual students retail for $15 each whilst the larger prices made by each class are sold via silent auction, bidding for these pieces starts at $50.

Art from the Heart was a huge success last year and this years is anticipated to be just as successful. All our students have thoroughly enjoyed trying out new techniques and creating new pieces, building on skills attained from last years show.

This years exhibition will showcase a diverse collection of art including sculptures, paintings, drawings and mixed media projects. On the Saturday and Sunday of the exhibition the P&C will also be running a sausage sizzle and cake stall.
