The Crystal Endeavor's announcement

ABOUT THE SHIP

At 20,000 gross registered tonnage, Crystal Endeavor will be the largest, most spacious purpose-built polar class expedition yacht, but limits guest numbers at 200.

It's being "Built to PC6 polar class specifications, with a sleek design, and anchor-free dynamic positioning technology, to explore the farthest reaches of earth," the video's narrator continued.

Proudly a product of Germany, it is "designed to the highest possible technical specifications for an expedition vessel," its creators say.

In addition to the on-board facilities, for exploration of the remote locations she will visit, the ship is equipped with a fleet of Zodiacs, kayaks, a submersible vessel and, most impressively, two helicopters.
