The Tigerettes took revenge for their only loss of the season, to the Magpies, to win their second premiership in three years.
The Karabar girls ran out winners 8-7-55 to 1-1-7, dominating the match as they had dominated the season.
After a nervous first term from both sides, with the only score a clever snap from Lexi Hamilton, Queanbeyan had the running in the second quarter and never looked back.
Strong winds played havoc with kicking and marking in what became a tough and bruising encounter.
At half-time the Tigerettes were 2-4-16 with Belconnen scoreless.
The competition's leading goal-kicker, Jacqui Parry, who was double-teamed for most of the match, kicked just two behinds in the first half, before letting loose in the second to finish with four goals.
Belconnen scored their first point five minutes out from three-quarter time and their only goal with a minute remaining.
Tigerettes coach Chris Clifton said that after losing last year's grand final, his team was determined to triumph this year.
"At the start of the year I said to the girls, if we continue to do what we have been doing, we will get the same result," he said.
"Our coaching staff came up with some innovative ways to challenge the players and keep training interesting.
"Our plan for this game was simple. We needed to stick to our structures, play good solid footy and get down to business.
"We had a plan. It was just a matter of executing it, and we did."
Clifton paid particular tribute to Ash Jaycomb, who was given the task of tagging Belconnen gun, Maggie Gorham.
"Ash is normally a midfielder or winger, she has never played in defence before.
"But she sacrificed her game to be a defensive player and she kept Maggie quiet all night in a brilliant display."
Queanbeyan midfielder Hannah Dunn was named best-on-ground.
