This will be our last meeting for the year so come along and celebrate, over nibbles and drinks, the announcement for a new CIT in Woden.

We would like to start a conversation with the community about where green areas should be in the town centre and where trees need to be planted across the district.

We would like to start a conversation...about where green areas should be in the town centre.

Minister Rattenbury is also interested in live music and has released an entertainment action plan.

Our entertainment area, the Woden Town Square, is hosting the following activities:

  • Friday, December 6, 13, 20 - 4pm - Buzz on the Square - music, bbq and drinks
  • Saturday, December 7 - 11am to 2pm - Woden Arts Fair

The ACT Government will discuss the Red Hill Integrated Plan which provides for residential development on the southern section of the Federal Golf Club.

Minister Rattenbury has many portfolio responsibilities, so come along and ask your questions.

ACT Libraries will chat about the outcomes of the workshops they held to hear your views about how $500,000 can be spent to create a new community space on the top level, where the Heritage Library used to be.

Many artists have expressed an interest in using this space to bring our art community together.
