It's largely because of this - a woman clashing with a Bunnings store manager over her refusal to wear a mask.
But as Karen Hayes, Guide Dogs Victoria CEO, has taken to Twitter to point out: It's #NotAllKarens.
See, she's "one of the good Karens" - she wears a mask, doesn't pet Guide Dogs when they are working and doesn't throw groceries out of her trolley "like a toddler" when asked to sanitiser her hands.
Yep, Ms Hayes, is working to reclaim the name Karen.
And she's doing it "on behalf of the Karens who do the right thing during this pandemic".
She's calling on all the good Karens to join together and show the world that it's #NotAllKarens.
So, Karen's, answer the call - stop the spread of CoronaKarens and "Don't be a Karen, Karen".
