There is currently no information known about the three cases of COVID-19 in the Southern Highlands.

According to the NSW Health website there are 38 active cases of COVID-19, 35 of which have no known source.

The total number of cases in the Wingecarribee LGA is 44 since the current outbreak began in June.

Four new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Queanbeyan, all four are under investigation by the Southern NSW Local Health District.

This brings the total cases in SNSWLHD to 118 since the start of the current outbreak in June.

Across NSW, 787 cases of COVID-19 were recorded, and more than 93,000 people were tested for the virus in the 24 hours up to September 26, 8 pm.

Residents should be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID-19 including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever.

If symptoms appear, people must isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.
