Emmanuel Roussakis, 41, Leon Roussakis, 39, Joanne Sheather, 49, and Edward Anthony Watt, 54, all entered pleas of not guilty in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday.
Emmanuel Roussakis and Leon Roussakis, both of Earlwood, are charged with obtaining a financial advantage by deception and using false documentation.
Joanne Sheather, Queanbeyan, and Edward Anthony Watt, of Tarago, are both charged with forgery and obtaining financial advantage by deception.
No information was tendered in court on Friday and the matter was listed to next appear in August.
