The Black ‘n’ Blue Belles have had a rough start to the season, with losses to the Brindabelters and the Surly Griffins, but have a fresh new lineup and have been training hard to bring fierce energy and new strategies to this upcoming bout.
The remainder of the season will roll out from here as follows:
- 15 Sep: Black ‘n’ Blue Belles vs Red Bellied Black Hearts
- 13 Oct: Surly Griffins vs Brindabelters
- 17 Nov: Grand Final Double Header
The Hearts started the season strong with a narrow win against the Surly Griffins, but were defeated in their last game against the Brindabelters despite their best attempts to pierce the Belters’ strong defence.
Back on the track against the Belles they will want to send a strong message to their fans and other teams that they will be a force to be reckoned with at grand final time.
