Hyatt Hotel Canberra executive pastry chef Gerold has created the menu in the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
The afternoon tea will feature all pink-coloured desserts (strawberry shortbread ribbon biscuits, rosewater macarons, pink grapefruit curd tartlets, raspberry madeleines, pomegranate pannacotta, rosy peach cheese dome and more).
Hyatt Hotel Canberra will host the Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation at The Tea Lounge over October 18-20.
Upon arrival at the afternoon tea, guests will enjoy a glass of pink sparkling wine from Canberra Region winery, Lerida Estate, or a pink cherry cocktail.
The cocktail has been created especially for this event by locally made Underground Spirits' rose coloured Shiraz Gin, which owes its colour to the few months spent in a locally sourced shiraz wine barrel.
A limited edition Victoria & Maude pink clutch mini in nappa leather will be exclusively raffled at the afternoon tea. Raffle tickets are $20 each.
The Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea will be at The Tea Lounge over October 18-20 from 11.30am to 1.30pm, and 2.30pm to 5pm.
Seats are $75 per person with 20 percent of proceeds to be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
